For the insert, we recommend sizing up for a square and ordering the same size for a lumbar.

There will be variances in pattern placement from the photo and from pillow to pillow.

African mudcloth is a traditional handmade textile from Mali.  Narrow strips of handwoven cotton are stitched together to form a whole cloth.  Cloth is then hand printed with patterns and symbols using a variety of natural dyes.

Mudcloth is made almost entirely by hand. Imperfections such as discolorations, pattern variations, design & paint smudges, or pulls at seams where panels are sewn together should be expected. It is widely accepted that these unique attributes are not considered defects.

Spot clean with soap and water OR machine wash (delicate cycle, cold water and mild soap, let air dry).
